Mike is a chartered civil engineer with over 35 years experience in the construction industry. Before moving into business improvement consultancy, Mike was Managing Director of two major civil engineering and construction businesses. He strongly believes that people can achieve amazing things, if only they are allowed the opportunity to do so! Working with businesses to help them realise their greatest asset - their people - is at the core of Mike's work and having recently gained a diploma in life-coaching, Mike is keen to develop this aspect of his work throughout 2010 and beyond. Mike lives on the south-coast with his wife and family. In his leisure time he is usually found sailing on the solent.
