A chartered engineer Mike has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Before moving into Business Improvement Consultancy he was Managing Director of a major regional civil engineering business.
He strongly believes that people can achieve amazing things if only they are allowed the opportunity. Working with business to help them realise their greatest asset – people – is at the core of his work.
Mike lives on the south coast with his wife
and family, leisure time is spent sailing on
the Solent and Mike is actively
developing a yacht based teambuilding
programme!
Mike has recently gained a diploma in life coaching and sees this forming an increasingly important aspect of his

Khush lives in Somerset with his wife and when the weather permits is often found out and about on the other love in his life – his Ducati 999.
