Mike Petter - BSc CEng MICE
Mike is a chartered civil engineer with over 35 years experience in the construction industry.
Before moving into business improvement consultancy, Mike was Managing Director of two major UK civil engineering and construction businesses.
Mike strongly believes that people can achieve amazing things, if only they are allowed the opportunity to do so!
Working with businesses to help them realise their greatest asses - their people - is at the core of Mike's work and having recently gained a diploma in life-coaching, Mike is keen to continune developing this aspect of his work throughout 2011 and beyond.
Mike lives on the south coast with his wife and family. In his spare time he is often found sailing on the Solent.

Khush is always looking for innovative solutions to the on-going problem of skills-shortages within the construction industry. He has successfully helped many businesses design & implement alternative recruitment models, reducing their reliance on traditional resourcing methods.
Living in Somerset with his wife and four cats, weather-permitting Khush is usually found out and about "burning-rubber" on one of his 2/4/5-wheeled speed-machines!
